Whether school happens in person or online, one thing is still true: many children are in need of school supplies! We have an opportunity to care for our neighbors this August by donating school supplies through the August Angels program at the Koinonia Foundation. Here are two ways to get involved:
Make a monetary donation to the Koinonia Foundation ($25 suggested) or to purchase a backpack and supplies. Here is a link to some of the things schools require kids in our area to bring on the first day of school. Donations of new socks and underwear are always welcome.

Drop off backpacks and school supplies prior to Friday, August 21, at 12:30pm at The Koinonia Foundation at 6037 Franconia Road (behind Franconia United Methodist Church) during their normal hours of operation.
