Epiphany Snack Giveaway

Snack Giveaway [Corrected].png

On this 10th day of Christmas we have the chance to make snack packs for the Lorton Community Action Center, who provide them to local children in need. The kids’ snack packs will be delivered by Epiphany (Jan 6), the day which commemorates the Magi giving their gifts to Jesus (Matt 2:11). Let's pack some treasures together — or snacks for that matter— for our neighbors who are most vulnerable in this season. Snack packs will include 4 individual snacks, and a 100% juice box or shelf stable milk box placed in a quart-sized Ziploc bag. Snacks could include granola bars, fruit snacks, etc.

RSVP here. Once you RSVP you'll receive the address and a signup for what you can donate.

Here are a few notes about the event: In the case of inclement weather, we will postpone this event. It will be outside, so dress warm. We will have gloves and hand sanitizer available. Please wear a mask and know that we will maintain proper social distancing standards. Restrooms will be available.
